ARTIST TEA TIME - ONCE A MONTH I WILL HOLD A FREE ARTIST TEA-WINE TIME. The first class of this support group is free to anyone and donation based - The other three classes will be 35.- each. I want this available to anyone.

In these four weeks we look into the four trauma responses and how our learned patterns connect to acting. We look into how to deal with rejection, the financial burden of Acting, feeling alone in this industry, how masculine and feminine energy play a role in how we tackle life.
We look into our purpose and how to overall live a happier life.
This group is supposed to support you. Some aspects are "Share and Tell" (optional), some elements are without camera on and to reflect.
Week 1 - What's your mission as an actor, purpose, rejection
Week 2 - The four Trauma responses and how they relate to acting
Week 3 - Feminine and masculine energy
Week 4 - Spiral Dynamic and consciousness
Every week costs as little as 35.- to participate. The class duration is 90minutes,
